Hoppers and string hoppers are fast becoming one of the most popular Sri Lankan dishes in the food scene - and its easy to see why! Hoppers are delightfully crisp little pancake bowls, either filled with a sunny side egg, plain or with sweet coconut or jaggery, and are quite frankly blooming delicious! String hoppers are soft, steamed nest of red rice flour. We will be serving a 3 course brunch, using healthy ingredients such fragrant turmeric and sweet coconut, and we pride ourselves in our approach to using low (often no fat) dishes and no refined or processed ingredients.
